The Endeavor will be Houston’s first luxury high-rise condominium tower to be built on the waterfront. 

The $75-million project is a joint venture between Endeavour Holdings and Carlo Marzano, founder of Contrada Inc., a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Denver. It was announced in July 2005. The community broke ground in April 2006. It is slated for completion late this summer.Endeavour Clear Lake will include 80 units ranging from two-bedroom units to five-bedroom penthouses, and priced between the $600,000s and $3 million. Each unit will feature Sub-Zero stainless steel refrigerators, Miele dishwashers, Wolf stoves, European cabinets by Ultra-Craft, granite countertops and backsplashes, glass-enclosed showers, jetted tubs, Toto toilets with quiet-flush features, ceramic and glass tiling, high-speed Internet hookups,12-ft. ceilings, gas fireplaces with granite surrounds, and spacious balconies overlooking the water.
Building amenities will include an arrival podium with Porte-Cochere, two-story great room with fireplace, library, sauna, fitness center, boat dock, movie theater and business center, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, cabanas, outdoor pavilion, hot tub, valet parking and 24-hour concierge service.
