The Endeavor will be Houston’s first luxury high-rise condominium tower to be built on the waterfront. 

The $75-million project is a joint venture between Endeavour Holdings and Carlo Marzano, founder of Contrada Inc., a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Denver.
